Building institutional credibility for India's most advanced oncology platform as it expanded into Eastern India — connecting cancer care infrastructure with patients, doctors, and institutional partners across West Bengal.
Karkinos Healthcare is one of India's most credentialed oncology platforms — backed by Reliance Digital Health, Mayo Clinic (one of the world's top cancer care institutions), and Accel Partners. This is not a typical healthcare startup. It's a systemic attempt to reshape how cancer is detected, treated, and managed across India.
When Karkinos set its sights on Eastern India — West Bengal, Kolkata, and the tier-2 cities of the region — it needed a brand communication strategy equal to its ambition. StradonAI was engaged to build the institutional identity framework, co-branded communication systems for key partners, and the digital strategy for a market that demands earned trust above all else.
Karkinos Healthcare operates at a rare intersection — it must simultaneously speak to institutional partners (real estate developers, educational institutions), specialist oncologists and hospital systems, and patients and caregivers navigating one of the most emotionally charged decisions of their lives.
Each audience required different trust signals, different communication hierarchies, and different creative approaches — all united under a single brand identity that projected credibility, accessibility, and clinical authority in equal measure.
The Eastern India market added another dimension: a healthcare landscape deeply shaped by trust-based referral networks, where institutional affiliations matter as much as clinical credentials.
Communicating simultaneously to institutional partners, oncologists, and patients from one brand platform — without diluting identity or confusing any audience about who Karkinos is for.
Co-branded communication with Mani Group and Techno India Group required precise hierarchy design — respecting both brand identities while maintaining Karkinos as the primary clinical authority.
In West Bengal's healthcare market, institutional affiliations drive referrals. The brand needed to signal belonging within established medical and academic networks — not arrive as an outsider.
Mapped all audience touchpoints and designed a modular brand communication system — core institutional identity first, with clearly defined adaptations for doctor outreach, patient-facing materials, and partnership contexts.
Built co-branded visual communication guidelines for Mani Group and Techno India Group — defining how Karkinos' identity sits alongside partner brands across all touchpoints, from signage to digital.
Designed the full collateral suite for oncologist and hospital partnership outreach — brochures, capability decks, onboarding kits — structured for the trust-driven decision-making process in Eastern India's medical ecosystem.
Structured Karkinos' digital communications for the Eastern India market — targeting the specific platforms, networks, and decision-making channels where healthcare professionals and institutional partners in the region are reachable.
